Refund Policy

1.Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued by SendnScale LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for services purchased through our website or via a signed service agreement. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2.Monthly Retention Services
All monthly retainer fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
- Payments are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced
- No prorated refunds are issued for partial months of service
- Clients may cancel future billing by providing 30 days’ written notice in accordance with the service agreement
- Cancellation does not relieve the client of any outstanding balance owed for work already performed
3.One-Time Automation & Setup Services
For one-time services such as automation builds, lifecycle setups, or strategic implementations:
- Full payment is required prior to project initiation
- Once work has commenced, all fees are non-refundable
- If a client cancels in writing within 48 hours of payment and before any work has begun, a refund may be issued minus any applicable payment processing fees
Work is considered to have commenced upon delivery of any strategy, audit, or onboarding documentation.
4.Deposits
Any deposit paid to secure a service engagement or reserve a start date is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to payment. Deposits are applied toward the total service fee.
5.Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If a client initiates an unauthorized payment dispute or chargeback after services have commenced, SendnScale reserves the right to:
- Dispute the cancellation through the relevant payment processor
- Pursue the client for all work performed up to the date of the dispute, billed at $30 USD per hour
- Provide an itemized breakdown of hours worked within a reasonable timeframe upon request
- Require full payment of the outstanding amount within 30 days of the itemization being provided
If the chargeback dispute is resolved in SendnScale’s favor, we further reserve the right to recover costs incurred in managing and defending the dispute.
6.Performance Disclaimer
SendnScale LLC provides structured Email & SMS retention strategies and execution services. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, performance metrics, or business results. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of unmet performance expectations, projected results that were not achieved, or dissatisfaction with results that fall short of the client’s internal targets.
This is consistent with the No Guarantee of Results clause outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
7.Platform and Subscription Fees
The client is solely responsible for all third-party platform subscription fees (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify, SMS providers). These fees are separate from SendnScale’s service fees and are non-refundable by SendnScale under any circumstances.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from exceptional or extenuating circumstances not covered by this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of SendnScale LLC. To submit a request, contact us in writing at support@sendnscale.com with a full description of the circumstances. We will respond within 5 business days.
